This house was just listed yesterday, so I drove by and took a photo on Friday, and then I was in the neighborhood again today checking out a house I'm going to see tomorrow, when I noticed this place had an open house.

I don't have any photos of the interiors or back yard, but I may schedule a second visit with my agent. The floors are all hardwood (though the two smaller rooms have new carpeting. The smallest bedroom works nicely as a guest room, and the second bedroom is done up as an office (the way I would). Living room and dining room both a little on the small side, but not too bad. The kitchen has been redone. It's still a galley kitchen and a little small. The agent showing it was making cookies (a classic technique for showing a place). Between her perfume, her husband's cologne, and the baking cookies, I really have no idea how the place really smells. That's one reason why I want to go back when she isn't baking.

The backyard is nice but rather busy. They have a gazebo that won't convey unless I want it to (I don't), and they have a koi pond. I really aren't interested in that, but perhaps it might make a good space for a vegetable garden if it weren't shaded by the garage.
