We arrived and they were having an open house. This was far too depressing a place and in terrible condition; the former owners even took the knobs off the stove! Someone glued laminate flooring over the hardwood floors, but in some rooms the covering had been removed and one could see the wood was in poor condition and needed a lot of repair.
The second bath was awful. The sliding door (off the kitchen) was stuck. The kitchen itself needs to be gutted. Some of the add ons were in poor shape. It was a wreck. I told my agent to cross it off our list.
