On Monday they pulled out the palm tree and put in top soil in the planters. I noticed, however, that when I ran the sprinklers, the pipes in one are are leaking, and I suspect a major leak in the back planter.
I asked them to bring extra dirt for the garden. I still think it could use a bit more.
The painters came over today and began to prime the walls.
No more red in the dining room!
I've also picked the off-white color for the wainscoting and the ceiling.
They also primed the ceiling in the living room:
And they painted a priming coat in two of the three bedrooms:
